If two competent people cannot agree on the input, decision rule, acceptable evidence and definition of done, an AI agent will usually scale ambiguity. My current systems therefore separate research, evidence, execution, validation and final approval.
This is especially useful for one-person companies: the founder should not manually perform every task, but should remain accountable for the consequential judgments.
